Welcome to Clean The Castle, LLC. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and roof cleaning throughout the CSRA. All work is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee - if you're not happy, we'll come back and make it right.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation on site. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ significantly from what was described. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined and are limited to one per household.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We work hard to arrive within the scheduled window. Weather, equipment, or prior jobs may occasionally cause delays - we will communicate any changes promptly. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH.

Property & Liability

Clean The Castle is fully licensed and insured. We take great care with your property, but you agree to point out any pre-existing damage or fragile items before work begins. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, deterioration, or improper installation.

All content on this site is owned by Clean The Castle, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
